This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I live in CT and want to get my hands on the T61 before buying, I can't seem to find any retail outlets that carry Ibm.

    Staples carries Thinkpads. :)

    Bestbuy, Staples, and Microcenter (if you can find one near you). Bestbuy and Staples are accessible but will most likely have only 1 or 2 models. Microcenter has a bunch different models, but it's not a common chain store. i know Cambridge MA and Long Island NY has Microcenters.
