I have the direct e-mail address for two Lenovo customer service people. I am not getting any responses to e-mails sent to them.
Does anyone have the direct e-mail address of a reliable Lenovo customer serivce representative in the sales department? A supervisor would be a great.

Lenovo/ IBM CS and Warranty-work related staff in India can receive attachments to emails. They can also send emails with attachments
I assume the rules are the same everywhere. -
yes they can, but unless it is solicited email then it would be simply transferred to the junk mail box.
