What are the UI changes of PowerManager?

Is that better than the old one?

Which operating system are you talking about. I believe the power managers for Vista and XP are different, at least from my experience.

The UI depends on the version you have, not the Operating System (at least I've already seen two UIs on Vista).

The new UI is not better. It's just a bit more eye-catching. Same functions as before.
