High sensitivity? low sensitivity? Do you have middle button scrolling or magnifying glass? press to select?

I currently have highest sensitivity, middle scrolling, and no press to select.

Max sensitivity always. It drives me crazy when people have it set where your finger gets sore after a few minutes.

Maximum sensitivity, default "soft dome" cap. I do like the soft rim TrackPoint cap as well, but since it is taller, it tends to leave annoying oil marks on the screen.
