love the form factor, love the sturdy magnesium shell, but not interested in intel inside.

given that the U260 is ultrathin, and that lenovo have a habit of creating separate AMD/Intel SKU's of the same chassis, and finally that AMD Fusion is launching at CES in less than a fortnight...........

can we please have a Zacate based U260 announced?

    likely or not?

Im very interested in AMD chips too, tho I like the design of U260, Im not sure whether regular Lenovo laptops get as good service as ThinkPads do so Im more interested into seeing some interesting ThinkPads with AMD chips inside.

Id like to see what refresh design wise receive Edge series laptops, I kinda digg their classic-scifi'ish design with minimal number of buttons/leds on the laptop itself.
I hope they tweak Edge design and make some slim machines with great build quality and enhanced durability.

    I'd vote unlikely.

U260 is a premium line notebook and not something you'd find sporting an inexpensive APU like an E-350. A new x100e with a Fusion APU and a Sandy Bridge ULV upgrade for the U260 is more probable.
