    Trying to track my purchase...When I do find the company, what number do I use to see my status? Order number? Cust. number?

    usually UPS as far as I know =D

    use the number of your country they provided with the email they sent. Always worked with me :D (being in Canada)

    Im pretty sure UPS Canada. Im waiting on my G50vt, It was supposed to come in today. The problem is last I heard of it, it was in Quebec... 2 days ago.

    mine got here today :D but I wasn't home, the person will come back tomorrow.
    I received a shipping email 2 days ago on monday at 6:13pm, and it got here around 1:39pm today (wish I was here to pick up :() from China through UPS
    very fast :D
    ordered last week on monday.

    My t61p came by UPS. When did you guys order your laptops and when did they ship? Got the tracking number by email as well? I didn't get a tracking number for my t61p, neither for my x200 tablet which I'm waiting for...

    I ordered last Thursday and they said it shipped yesterday (!) supposedly but no tracking number until it clears customs.

    it's UPS if it's from China... however if you're order accessories... that has to come from china, UPS.. if they have stock in canada/usa it's some no name shipper (or atleast ones that aren't as popular)... if you're doing warranty parts.. purolator.

    there's no definite answer.... they can hold your laptop at customs for however long... just expect it to come at the latest 8 days after shipped just so it doesn't get your hopes up =P.

    To you get your UPS tracking number.. us Canadians have to call in to ask for the tracking number.. there's no online lenovo site to find this information (only the states).

    I didn't get a tracking number either

    there's some code on the Lenovo Canada website (the place where you check your order status:

    Shipped on
    19/11/08
    UPS SCS (ASIA) LIMITED
    SZG170003**** (I removed the last four digits).

    This code doesn't seem to be a valid UPS code. But at least I get to know that it was sent using UPS.

    Yeah I got the tracking numbers for my X200t and accessories. Shipped 5 days ago, had to clear customs in Canada for tracking numbers.

    You must phone Lenovo and ask for the tracking number(s).
