    The only thing I noticed is that T4Xp has more RAM (512M-1G), HD (60-80G) and better vedio card (ATI MOBILITY FIRE GL T2 - 128 MB). This may be a stupid question. But can anyone tell me what that p stand for? Thanks.

    To my knowledge, you're right!
    Whatever IBM intends, "P" can be considered as a sort of high-end series in T4X.
    For example, T42p 755 2Ghz
    ===> 60 GB w/ 7200 RPM, ATI T2-128 MB, sometimes Ram 1 GB
    ===> does not depend on Multimedia drive and screen size

    As well, T43p is available only for 770 2.13 Ghz up to now.
    A couple of days ago, I searched 760 2 Ghz, 1GB Ram, 60 GB w/ 7200 rpm, but every store that I contacted doesn't have it.

    I'm pretty sure the "p" stands for Professional, as in professional workstation for high-demand tasks like CAD design and stuff. The FireGL card isn't a normal consumer card, it's akin to nVidia's Quadro series that you see only in business workstations like the Dell Latitude Precision M70 and whatnot.

    The P indicates a higher spec and includes a biometric scanner at the moment.
