    Hello,

I am interested in buying a T60p. Read some posts on this forum like the following mentioning "Amex TailorMade":

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=124970

Not sure what Amex TailorMade is and how to do it to save money.

    Your input is highly appreciated.

    Best,
    David

    https://www142.americanexpress.com/tailormade/cmFAQs.jsp

Summarized: It's pretty much a program in linkage with American Express where you sign up and you get a discount on purchase from Lenovo anywhere from 5-15% pending the purchase price. You will need an American Express Credit Card to register with them (It can be one of those Blue Card w/o annual fee card as well)

    Can it be Costco Amex?

And you need to spend over $1200 for 5% right? After or before tax?

I don't think a Costo Amex card qualifies.

Costco Amex doesn't work, you need to get a blue card. So i basically asked them to turn my costco into a blue card, and then i ordered up a blue cash card.
