    What is it, I cant find any detailed information regarding it. What is their return policy with open boxed laptops that are less than 30 days old?

    You should contact CDW immediately. I found this in about 12 seconds from a google search. Scroll down to the section titled "Return Privileges".

    Definitely contact CDW ASAP.
