    Should I buy a usb dvd rom drive for my x201....and a all in one lenovo for the office.. or

    buy the ultrabay and a monitor and transport the x201 to the office every day?

    I need a larger form factor for the office

    Does the ultrabay work pretty well?

    ultrabay works pretty well, and the ultrabase x200 does allow you to connect two external LCD. So maybe a dock system setup with an external LCD is more appropriate in your case, when large screen space is needed.
