I am trying to get an all day battery convertible or tablet with a great pen, great camera for taking pictures of the board and scanning documents and can survive an everyday fall, like slipping off your desk or dropping it from waist level.
Can Thinkpad yoga survive a fall?
I am looking at the fuji q548 (it advertises semiruggedness and idk if that is what I want) and the thinkpad yoga though I think the latter does not have a good camera.

More than likely yes, but it doesn't take much pressure to break anything if you hit it in the right spot. I would suggest if you need it to be bulletproof, you should upgrade the warranty to include accidental and perhaps on-site coverage if you need it to be fixed quickly. Then you'll be covered regardless of how it's damaged.
