I was trying to get my computer to run faster by disabling some of the programs that run at start up. Now the ThinkVantage button doesn't work. I have no problem using the software from the start menu, but I must have done something to disable the button.

When I press it the arrow with turn into an hourglass very briefly, then nothing. Any idea how I disabled it??

Check your msconfig to see if you've disabled it at startup

If I am not wrong, check if Productivity Centre is disabled (or the corresponding .exe).
