    Do you have any larger images?

    I think the first one (the one on the left) looks like an R50, though I'm not sure if those had trackpoint.

    It looks either are a R50 machine or a T4x machine used by the Williams F1 Team. I have other pic of a Thinkpad used by them, let me check to upload it.

    Either R50 or T4x.

    It has the IBM logo, UltraNav, and curved buttons for the TrackPoint. These are all hallmarks of the T4x and R50.

    A closeup of the sticker on the palmrest would help me figure it out better. I don't think it's a T40 as I had a different sticker on mine.
