Intel® Core 2 Duo processor T6400 ( 2GHz 800MHz 2MB )
Intel Wireless Wi-Fi Link 5100
is it just normal core 2 duo, centrino, centrino 2, or centrino 2 vpro

Centrino 2 refers to the platform with the intel wireless cards. The processor is a core 2 duo. To have a centrino platform you must have a core 2 duo processor. It should be a Centrino 2 platform with the 5100.

Centrino is just marketing really. You need the intel wifi to have the centrino "brand". But yes as MoffiaJ said you have a Core2 Duo. You can look the various iterations of the core2 line on wikipedia.

You have a new 45nm Core 2 Duo processor paired with Intel Wireless, which means you have a 'Centrino 2' (Montevina platform) system. It may or may not be vPro, depending upon the business tools built into your system. It shouldn't really matter for you as an end-user, it is most important to corporate IT.
What type of proccesor is this?
