I'd like to buy a 1G extra memory for my T60 before I ordered it. Is there anyone can confirm the brand of the memory. I want to have the T60's original brand. And is there any good place to get this? :)

If you buy a quality brand like Kingston, Crucial or Corsair I don't think it matters. Mine came with Kingston. I don't know about the T60.

It doesn't matter what brand you choose. Just purchase your ram from Newegg.com, they are the cheapest. All ram performs basically the same on laptops. Buy whatever is the least expensive. Don't let anyone tell you differently. I've got a 1gb of Transcend ram. My cousin has the same Transcend stick as I do. We've both had zero problems.

If you buy an off brand there is a slightly larger chance it won't work as it is not tested as much in which case you'll have to pay to return it and get something else.
