    Yeah, its overclocking for beginners.

    Hes using a synthetic benchmark that I haven't heard about so I'm not sure how legit it is. More well known is 3D Mark and PC Mark that do just about the same thing.

    Thats just the video card, so if you have an nvidia card you can do that. Also remember overclocking means more heat and it might add artifacts in gaming depending how far you push the clock speed.
