    Value would be heavily dependent on your needs, which you didn't say much about. You might get a Ferrari for half off, but if you're hauling kids around all day, it would ill-suited to that purpose. I'd say if I'm looking for a quality Lenovo, I'd be looking at the R series, which will get you better quality and support. You them fairly often in the outlet for less than $500. I disliked the U series notebook I had. Unless you need an uber light 15" notebook, that's the way I'd roll
