    Greetings Everyone!

Just wanted to see when and what type of problems have you encountered with your Thinkpad.

Personally on the 2nd day I got my T61 I noticed my hard drive cover came loose and wouldn't screw on as result Lenovo had to replaced the entire structure frame. Now everything is peachy again. Except for the buzz sound when running on battery.

Sent my brand new R61 straight back with loose keyboard and loud buzzing/squeeling from CPU.

Nothing serious here just some minor software stuff while i get it configured, I have been wondering what people have noticed with the forceware drivers on the NVS 140 though, Im trying them out and i really dont feel like blowing this thing up.

If it is a buzz like electrical buzz it is the battery. Just replace it.

Also if its a high pitched wail it can be the processor clocking down or up, disable power features in bios to stop it.
