    How is this docked? Via USB 3.0? I really like the OneLink dock, the combined Power Input is really convenient. I see this one support the higher res displays, but that looks to be the only advantage. I wish they would put the OneLink Port on all of their Thinkpads and at least use a common dock connector.

    Thoroughly confusing name however, the one I have for my T540p is called an Ultra Dock.

    It doesn't appear to be using OneLink because it says it is compatible with all ThinkPads.
