I only got email with RMA# but no shipping label. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost when I return the unopened package?

Thanks. Maybe it's better I'm not home and they eventually ship back to the warehouse. Would Lenovo then deduct the return shipping from my refund?

No. Ask Lenovo to send you a shipping label.

If you have not received it yet simply refuse delivery, it does not cost a penny.

Bad advice. I remember someone here said that Lenovo told them not to refuse delivery because it will take an extremely long time for the receiving warehouse to sort out the return. You're supposed to request an RMA# so they can have the return organized.

Exactly. Just call back Lenovo and arrange the mail courier to pick it up with a shipping label. Just make sure the box has the RMA# on every side of that box. Leave *nothing* to chance. There's no reason you should be paying for that return.

I refused delivery before (not with Lenovo though) and it never took longer than normal returns. The warehouse should sort it out as soon as they receive the package, I wouldn't worry about that.
