    Where are all these T61P Questions Coming From?!?!?!?

    We've known about the T61P's since May, they started making them available in July, and 2 months later in near September,we get the noob questions all over again.

    what gives? How did they miss the last two months?

    People usually don't start asking Q's about a particular model until they are in the market for a new notebook and have that model on their short list.

    I don't think many people who are considering a T61P today were hanging around these forums back in May.

    For example, would a current Dell owner who is upgrading to a T61P be hanging in the Dell forums or the Lenovo forums back in May?

    I agree that there some of the questions are due to the back to school rush, but I think equally, many people have received their T61p's and are asking questions about "how to...", "seen this?", and fresh build questions.
