I have the latest driver 12.4.0.00 installed for the Intel(R) WiFi Link 5300 AGN wireless network adapter.

I want to downgrade and try some of the older versions.

Anyone know where I can download the older drivers?

I tried to reinstall the driver in the C>SWTOOLS>DRIVERS>WLANINT>autorun.exe,
but the installer says I have a newer version installed and quits the install.

    Version 12.04.0000 - 6HWV04WW < Latest driver
    Version 12.03.2000 - 6EWV06WW
Version 12.02.1000 - 7VWV53WW < I am looking for this driver or older.
    Version 12.01.1000 - 7VWV23WW
    Version 12.00.4000 - 7VWV15WW

The Lenovo website only has the latest driver available for download.

Yeh, I had checked the Intel website before I started this thread.
But Intel's warning about not using Lenovo's OEM drivers made me think twice about using Intel's drivers. Here is Intel's warning.

OEM Supplied Versus Intel Provided Generic Software:

Intel recommends that you obtain and use the software provided via your laptop manufacturer.

Intel is a supplier of laptop components and does not manufacture or sell complete laptop systems. The software provided by Intel below is a generic version. Each laptop computer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide. The software provided has not been verified by your laptop manufacturer as to compatibility or other operation.

Intel or the laptop computer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may not provide technical support for some or all issues that could arise from the usage of this software.

So I was hoping there was a place to get older versions of Lenovo's drivers.

I used intel's drivers for my previous 2 notebooks (dells) in preference to company-specific ones, without ever a problem. I don't see why there should be any problems on a thinkpad (but have never tried on these things, so can vouch). but if you need to stay with company versions...
