This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Where do you send Lenovo items for repair?

    Lenovo advertises that service work needs to be done at a depot. Where are their depots in the U.S.? Do they send a shipping box for the notebook to be returned in, or do you have to personally take it somewhere? I live in a small town in Wisconsin that is almost 50 miles from a major city.
