No replies? Appears to be nowhere to get one either. Time sell this laptop... I don't trust a company that doesn't keep there word.
They advertised heavily when it first came out as a feature, the Ultrabay with GPS. They didn't deliver.
Anybody want to buy a fully loaded Y410p?

 

If the ultrabay 750m is that important to you, and you don't want to import from China (or East Asia in general) then selling the laptop is probably your best bet. I actually just purchased a mint y410p like yourself from eBay (even cheaper at $365) to replace the y400 I gave I gave my younger brother. Since they're essentially the same computer, with some perks in the y410p, it was an easy transition.

There are two things you can do besides selling the laptop. The first is purchasing a y510p 750m ultrabay and modding it to fix the y410p. While that will work, I don't recommend it. I did the same with my y400, by purchasing a y500 650m ultrabay and modding it. Do to the imperfect fit, the card would easily shift even when not moving the computer, causing the laptop to randomly reboot with one GPU and requiring another reboot and removal of the ultrabay to fix it. Luckily I found a GN35 for the y400 so I had a perfect ultrabay 650m for sli from then on. So in my case, then the y510p 755m gets here I'll just remove the y510p bezel and replace it with my y400 bezel from the GN35. It'll function as a perfect analog for the official y410p ultrabay. That's your second option, do what I do by getting your hands on a y400 ultrabay bezel and just using that to mod a y510p 750m.
