    Where to get a good deal on a T61 Ultrabay battery?

    I am interested in getting a battery that I can use in my Thinkpad T61 instead of the optical drive, for longer life at school where I won't need an optical drive.

    Does anyone know of any stores or places that have a good deal?

    I just bought a battery (brand new, sealed in box) from Ebay, but it does not work with my R61. It is an Ultrabay Slim, which looks like it should work with your T61, but you should make sure it's compatible.

    I'll sell it to you for $35+shipping. PM if you're interested
