Hello,
I have been using macbook air for the past 7 months and now ready to change to another ultroportable or thin and light laptop for my B-school.
I have a budget of $1500-$2,000 for the laptop at the moment. I need the notebook for my school and eventual for business purposes. I will use it for typing documents like excel word, internet browsing, reading educational materials on Dvd,listening to musics etc.
I´m not a computer geek,so don´t know much about technical specifications much, but need a thin and light notebook with the following specifications
1- Fixed optical Drive: DVD,CD-ROM
2-Built-in sound and speakers
3- Intergrated webcam,wireless wifi,Blutooth, 3G
4-Longest battery life(lack of constant power supply in Africa)
5- Rugged and durable
6- preferable windows XP professional
I have gone through these notebooks and i need help in deciding which one of them can buy.
a-Lenovo thinkpad X301
b-Toshiba R600-S4201
c-Lenovo thinkpad X200
d- Konjisha SX3
If there are options or alternatives to my choice, your inputs are higherly appreciated.

b. WXGA+ – 1440x900; A modest bump over WXGA. Text and icons are a bit smaller. A little more stuff fits on the screen.
c. WSXGA+ – 1680x1050; The middle ground. Again, text and icons are smaller than WXGA+, and more stuff fits onto the screen. Good for having applications open side by side, like a web browser while playing a video.
d. WUXGA - 1920x1200; Very small text and icons, that can be hard to read. Lots of stuff fits on the screen, which means less scrolling. Good for applications that require a high level of detail like CAD or Photo Editing.
