Friends please suggest me which one to choose from below

I use this mainly for web designing (photoshop, dreamweaver, flash), browsing, watching media and video conversion once in a while to backup my videos from sony handycam.

    1) ThinkPad T400 with integrated graphics

    2) ThinkPad T400 with discrete graphics

    3) Enhanced ThinkPad T400 with discrete graphics

And i don't play games at all

    Thanks

    Enhanced T500 with discrete graphics
Adobe CS3/CS4 requires a good cpu/gpu to preform well.

depends what you want. if youre not playing games i.e. usually means word processing and web surfing then anyone will work. but for photoshop etc i'd suggest getting one with the dedicated graphics card which means skip option 1 in your list.

its all marketing anyway. they are essentially the same thing. if you upgrade the lower models you get to around the same price as the higher starting models. sometimes if you are going to do that getting the starting model first may even be cheaper. it looks like its only the OS and the optical drive is different

Not to mention a higher res screen. WSXGA would be more fitting I would think.

You want the WXGA+ screen option, fast CPU (for fast Photoshop effects processing) and at least 4GB of RAM (to increase rendering performance/loading).

Integrated graphics should work just fine since Photoshop barely uses GPU acceleration.

2GB for XP, 2-3GB for Vista32, 4GB+ for Vista64 (preferable). For rendering fastest possible cpu, pref the T-series (with 6 MB cache). 7200rpm HD or SSD-drive.
