Especially in Canada, I don't know of any store that is selling them. It's been 7 months since the Duo Core was released and you can only find the Pentium M chips in their laptops, whereas every other manufacturer has long moved on.

Why is Lenovo so slow? Are they still adjusting to managing the IBM laptop division, horribly incompetent, or putting their energy into their own line of laptops?

The T60's took 1 month plus to ship when they were released in Feb. The T60's still take 1 month plus to ship in most cases unless you are lucky enough to catch one while they are in stock.

Everything is always a big delay, and now that they are moving to custom orders only, waits will become longer :-/
