I looked at the specs of P53 on this page:

Its memory is: Up to 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
However, P52's memory is up to 128 GB DDR4 2400 MHz based on this page:
https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/thinkpad-p/P52/p/22WS2WPWP52
Why so?

It's the same 128GB of RAM. Lenovo hasn't uploaded a configurable option yet, only pre-configured models that can be purchased with 32GB RAM as a maximum, but you are free to add more when you get the laptop.
