I'd've though that if you were to put touchscreens in something you'd market the hell out of them, why don't lenovo even say it's a touchscreen on thier website?

The X220t (tablet) is touchscreen.
As for advertising...well, the tablet has an audience and there is a pretty safe assumption that anyone looking at the X220t already knows it's a touchscreen.
What do you mean by "market the hell out of them?" The tablets really aren't heavily focused on the consumer market due to high cost and most not needing that functionality. -
