I looked in RealTek and I couldn't find why..

you could try to turn one key theater to movie. that always pumps up the volume. also, if you are playing a video, manually modifying the volume in the audio codec settings will also do the trick.
-
Edit: I have nothing called 'One key theater' ? -
try looking in the icon tray. those icons beside the clock. it's a pink icon, or purple. if it's not there, then maybe it got uninstalled somehow. i think all lenovo multimedia notebooks has it pre-installed.

I do not have that o_o

-
one key theatre is even on the Drive...
-
I do not have it, lol.
I don't know what you want me to say..
Edit: I went into my control panel and it was there... yet when I searched it in the search menu it wasn't.. I clicked 'change' and 'repaired' it and now it seems to be fully functional.
I don't know if the sound was fixed because I haven't checked yet. I will check in the morning.
Why does my Audio keep lowering itself!?
