I purchased a x200 tablet which shipped on the 6th of November. Initially when I tried to look up the parts ( after I had the serial number of the system on the order status page ), it used to complain that it couldn't locate my system.
Now, when I try to look up, it finds my system but says the following:
What gives lenovo?! :/

give it a week. there are multiple databases that have to synchronize. that process takes 7~10 days (sometimes a bit longer) after a system leaves the factory.
