If you choose downgrading to XP you have to pay extra $$ to $$$ ($149 in one case). Why's that?
-
Because you're required to get Vista Business to downgrade to XP Pro, which is more expensive than Home Basic and Premium.
-
Is that direct XP can't be done any more? Has to do with MS?
-
Also because MS doesn't want you to use XP, they want you to use Vista.
-
So does the downgrading option have a time limit? How long do you think it remains available?
-
Well into windows7 for businesses...but maybe not for individual orders? There is a "business as usual" atmosphere for XP being around still.
-
Hehe, I hope so!
Why is downgrading to XP so costy?
