I am sorry if this question was asked before, but I had a quick question. When the T61 was first introduced the Canadian market had these the same time as the US. Currently I'm looking for a 14" standard screen models and I noticed that only a few are available in Canada (way overpriced, no DVD burner, and xga screens). I emailed them, and they told more models would be available in 60 - 90 days.

Question is, why is there such a delay when introducing these models to the canadian market? Also, what's their reasoning behind not allowing Canadians to purchasing computers from the US site.

Also, if any of you know of any online dealers that sell the standard screen T61 and ship to Canada let me know. I just wonder if the warranty will be void if crossing the border.
