    WiFi indicator

    This is quite a minor issue. Does anyone elses WiFi light beneath the screen not light up? Certainly not a big enough issue to send it back to have it fixed. Maybe there is some trick to fixing it?

    what machine are you using.... what is your working environment ??.. pls include details whenever u post something

    It's a T61p 15.4" Widescreen. Sorry, should have mentioned that.

    Not sure what your looking for with working environment, just a desk in my office.

    To be clear the WiFi works fine, I can turn it off and on with the hardware switch or via software an all is well. The LED indicator just doesn't work. The Bluetooth indicator right next to it works.

    by working environment i didnt mean the place u work in. i meant the following

    1. OS
    2. is any app is associated with the problem
    3. network type
    4. computers connected to it

    etc etc

    maybe the LED just got blown away. or there might be a seting in bios which u messed up with. just try browsing the bios
