Can you update to SP1? There are a few fixes included that may fix the issue for you.

Actually it may but I've also seen some descriptions in the latest bios mod that may address also.

I've been using a lot of WWAN lately and I notice that it's unaffected by hibernation. I don't use sleep mode.

I actually have a similar problem with my T61p. Except in my case my laptop's wireless randomly shuts off. It doesn't happen a lot so I haven't really bothered looking into fixing it. However the only way for me to get it to turn back on is to restart my laptop. Maybe it is just a BIOS thing like Renee said. I have Vista SP1 btw.

I'm having the same issue too. My wireless connection stops working after coming back from standby. I'm running Windows XP with SP3 on my x61. I tried going to network connection and disable the wireless, but it just hangs. Only work around I know is to restart the laptop.

** oh ya, I have the same wirless card too (Intel Wifi Card 4965AGN).

I didn't mention this before, but I also have the Intel Wifi Card 4965AGN. Maybe this is just a problem with that wireless card.

I have used the 4965AGN on Vista-64 both pre and post SP1 without a problem on my T61p.

However I don't remember attempting to use it after hibernate. I do know that the WWAN is fine after hibernating.
