just noticed, the wifi led doesn't blink on my x201s.

i remember on my old x200, wifi led blinks while it's transmitting data: it blinks slower on webpage surfing, blinks faster on large data downloads.

is this the same case on t410, t410s, 510 series?

i kinda missed the blinking indicator. is there anyway to make it blink again?

Not blinking a W510 here... as well as totally missing bluetooth among other leds. Seems like a cost cutting measure.

Really? I find this quite surprising, especially on the x201 (it's practically identical to the x200 except for the CPU/GPU upgrade).

For me, WiFi blinks in Ubuntu, but it doesn't blink in Win7. This is true for my ThinkPad as well as my Dell (both have Intel chips).
