Well currently, the T61 only has the Intel GMA X3100 available for graphics while the regular T60 has the ATI X1300 available as an upgrade.
I'd like an option to add a non integrated graphics card since I will play some games on the laptop, but I'd rather go with the T61 as it is a bit cheaper and newer. Will T61 have graphics card option anytime soon, other than having to wait for T61P (probably too expensive for me).
I need the laptop by mid August, and the prices are pretty good right now with SPP but I'm not sure if I should wait or just buy now.

The T61 with 14.1" screen has an nVidia card option right now. Many of us were expecting a 15.4" screen and nVidia card to be available on June 5th. We got the 15.4" screen as an option but without the nVidia card. We are anxiously awaiting an nVidia card option with a 15.4" screen. Maybe they will offer that on the T61 or maybe they won't offer it until it's called the T61p. I guess what it is called and when it will be released is anyones guess right now.
Does that sum it up folks??? -
Ah thanks. I didn't notice that the 14" already had the nVidia since they didn't have it a few days ago. Hopefully, the 15.4" will come out with a dedicated gpu since the SPP deal is pretty good right now. Or I might wait and see if prices are lower on July 4th.
Will regular T61 have additional GPU options?
