Will the U330 have a blu-ray drive option? Or is it a typo on Lenovo's site?

def an option in the future, not a typo

even if not though, easily an option you can buy on ebay and just install yourself, just unscrew 1 screw, slip out the dvd burner and pop the blu ray in.

the u330 is very capable of it which is why it is an option and not a typo, also has hdmi out to allow for HD output for the movies.

I'm very interested in the U330 too, if Bluray will become an option, then I will wait.

Is it really that simple to do? As far as I can tell nobody has done a review so how could you tell?

Also, what kind of blu-ray drive would you need to buy off of ebay? I don't even need the burner option, I just want it to read discs.

If I were you I wouldnt wait on a Blu-Ray option. Sony charges $500 for their Blu-Ray option and I would assume Lenovo would charge close to that. You can pick up a BR drive on fleabay for ~$250-300 and simply swap it in. That is what I plan on doing.
