I have a T510 with Win7Prox64. I just bought Win7Pro Upgrade for my wife who has Vista. Even though it is an upgrade disc, can I use this as a primary Win7 disc for my own computer - using my own key if needed of course?

Yes, you can. In case you want to do a clean install, however, you may be asked to prove that you are eligible for the upgrade to Windows 7, so have your XP or Vista install DVD handy, just in case. ;)

yes, definitely. nothing's wrong with the copyright here. You even can burn another disk, just don't sell it :p

    Thanks.

I'm not concerned about the legality. I know that the key is the legal factor not the disc. It is more the technical aspect.
