Does anyone know when Lenovo will start shipping the T series with Windows 8 installed? Will it be available 10/26 or do factory installs of a new OS lag behind a few weeks?

I'm surprised they aren't taking orders now.

^ By the time Lenovo ships your order, Windows 8 will be outdated :p jk. But it would make sense if it's after the release date.

I'd imagine Lenovo will have some working W8 drivers for the Tx00 generation. As an OEM they're pretty good with drivers, as the T60 generation had W7 drivers, even though it was a Windows XP generation machine.

I guess I should have had a little more patience. Windows 8 is the default OS option now.
