I recently ordered a T61 that should be here in a few weeks. I don't intend on using Windows on it (and especially not Vista). There's a couple of articles on the web about people getting refunds for Windows (especially from Dell) after declining the user agreement at initial boot. I'm wondering if anyone has gone through this with IBM and any advice you can provide.

    Thanks.

I know Microsoft accepts and refunds your money for software you purchase and I have done it twice. I've never heard about getting an OEM refund.
