Hi, I bought a 530 (Lenovo 4151A2U G530 ) for one of my neighbors and was trying to set up the wireless network for him with a D-Link DIR 655 router. The network was set up correct and I am able to access the network on my HP laptop with the passphrase. The Lenovo is detecting the network name and it asks the password while trying to connect to it. It keeps connecting and the internet never gets connected. It only connects to the network without an internet connection. I checked the device manager and I dont see a driver listed for the n. Only a broadcom g driver is visible. Can someone help me out. is it a case of missing driver? if so where can I download one? Thanks.

Your notebook doesnt support wireless N. According to specs only it supports 802.11b/g. If you want to connect to wireless N networks you will have to update your card.

But the wireless N network I set up with Dlink-DIR 655 is backward compatible.
