I have been using the keyboard on my x120e and fell in love with it, I wonder if Lenovo have any plan to produce wireless keyboard base on their Classic Thinkpad or the Edge keyboard (trackpoint included)? I wanted one to replace my current desktop keyboard (and maybe sent my mouse to semi retirement). If Lenovo decide to sell it, would you buy it?

If it mimicked the t/x/w series keyboards. YES. I dont have a need for one at this time, but that may change. I loved the one they put out a few years ago that was like the t400s keyboard that had a trackpoint but no touchpad.

Comment added. Would be sweet if I go the route of an external LCD when the t400 becomes my server.

I would mind option to choose between wireless and wired keyboard, heck, make it wireless with option to switch off wireless and plug into it USB cable to connect to PC.
Make two models, both classic one as edge one :D Perhaps add touchpad to it? Well, on the other hand it will have trackpoint so touch pad isnt necessary.
Also, what I would like to have it number pad on classic thinkpad keyboard ;) So make 3 or 4 modesl, 2 without number pad and two with.

    PS. Comment added as well.

I too like numpads, but with the past year or so without one I have gotten used to not having one. Although its still by far the fastest way to enter an IP address or numbers in general. I would think a w700 style keyboard with trackpoint and the wired/wireless option would be pretty nice. But then again Id settle for a wired/wireless one in the link jane has.
