My X1 Carbon's warranty will be over in a month and I'm a little concerned over the battery since it's non-removable and not easily replaceable. Since I use my laptop for 100% of my computing needs, it's not uncommon for me to have to replace my laptop batteries every so often.

Since the X1C's battery is not easily replaceable, should I contact Lenovo for a free replacement before my warranty expires? Is this something most people do?

Thanks in advance for your input!

What's the battery health? Lenovo will not give you a free replacement unless there's abnormal battery wear for the number of cycles on the battery.
