Hi, I'm still in my quest to change my 1366x768 display for a 1600x900 one. Recently I found a seller in my country that is selling a flex cable with this FRU: 04w1686
Is this HD+? Would this work on my T420?

FRU 04W1686 is the LCD cable for the T420s (slim) model which is different and unlikely to work. For the standard T420 model the part number for the HD+ cable is 04W1618, best to play it safe and search for this cable to avoid potential disappointment.
