    Wow Lenovo customer service is absolutely atrocious!!!

    I called 1300 557 073, it's 3pm in Australia, which is business hour, the dial 2 for order option, puts on hold for 20 !@#$ minutes, then the call sound and instead hang up.

    What a screwed up consumer service considering it's the largest PC manufacturer in the world.

    Whenever I had to call up Lenovo (in the US), I never had issues getting to the Think repair department. Course I can't say the same for Australia.

    Lenovo uses different support centers for different countries, so experiences will vary. I've always had luck here in the U.S., but last time I called Lenovo support was 3-years ago.

    ThinkPad service in the US is typically quite good. It has been run by IBM in Atlanta. The rest of Lenovo service is similar to all other consumer ODMs, meaning one step below abysmal. :rolleyes:

    All except Apple customer service which has always been excellent.
