Is the Ultranav utility program for Windows 10/X1 Gen 4 no longer available?

Here's my issue. When I have the ultranav driver installed and I middle click on a webpage the context menu acts flaky. If I middle or right click the little scrolling icon pops up and the context menu lags behind. I'd rather get rid of the little scroller icon functionality completely. If I don't have the ultranav driver installed, I don't have the scroller icon when I middle/right clck but there's issues with the sensitivity of the mouse pad affecting my usage of the trackpointer. My palm tends to rest lightly on the mousepad, and it seems to screw up the usage of the trackpointer.

I know in the past that there used to be a ultranav tab in the mouse control window in control panel that would allow finer grained control of the tracknav and other mouse related functionality, but just installing the ultranav driver doesn't seem to install that.

For the life of me, I can't find the ultranav utility that supposedly added this functionality. I've found it for windows 7/XP, but not Windows 10.

Has anybody with a X1 Carbon 4th gen been able to track down how to get the ultranav tab on the mouse control window in control panel?

If not, are there other utilities to give finer-grained control over the trackpad/trackpointer...specifically getting rid of that scrolling icon when middle/right clicking?

    Try this:
Windows button -> write "mouse" -> click on "mouse properties (touchpad...)" -> ThinkPad tab -> Advanced.
