    Hello,

    I am thinking about buying an X1 Extreme 1st Gen with an i7 8850H CPU.

    Following some article on Notebookcheck, it seems that the X1 Extreme 1st gen might have some noise issue with the fans starting a bit too quickly since BIOS update 1.17.

    What do you think, owners of that machine?
