Hi My x120e keeps crashing and then resetting after sleep. The only thing I've done is to change the memory. Now I've tried Corsair and Crucial 4 gig sticks.

This problem is not happening when I revert back to the standard 2 gig. I'm all out of ideas, can anyone help? Thanks   :( :(

ok I've reinstalled windows and all was ok till it installed the ATI driver. Its the ATI driver that is causing this problem. What can I do?

Are you using the latest BIOS revision? Are you installing Lenovo's provided graphics driver, or are you using ATI's 11.6 package?

This is only happening on windows ultimate. I've just tried Windows Home Premium and that works fine?

I have the exact same issue. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, which was included with my X120e.

Newest bios, newest ATI drivers and I've added a 4GB stick of GSkill ram.

Did you get anywhere with this?
